Before setting up, ensure that the stand is level and clean. If necessary, use a tarpaulin to avoid coarse soiling. Take the tent out of the stuff sack and spread it out completely on the space provided. Make sure that the leg in which the blower is integrated is closest to the power source. Pull the power cable out of the air outlet opening and then close all zips of the promotional tent. After the cable has been connected to the socket, the tent is inflated by the permanent blower. Support the tent so that it easily comes into the set up position. Weight the legs with the weight bags provided and tension the guy ropes with the pegs to the floor. If the event tent is sufficiently secured, you can zip in the side walls of the tent as required.

Is the blow-up tent only available in certain standard sizes?

No. Like most of our products, the inflatable tent is made individually according to customer requirements. Individual shape and size ideas can therefore be taken into account.

Does the inflatable advertising tent always have to supply air?

Yes, the tent must be connected to the 220V permanent blower during the entire period of use.

Do you need a high-voltage connection for the fan?

No, a 220V connection is sufficient for the permanent blower.

Is the permanent blower included in the price?

Yes, the permanent blower, like a stuff sack and pegs, is already included in the price.

How is the inflatable tent fixed?

Sandbags are used for attachment, which are fixed to the legs. In addition, the tent is tensioned to the ground with guy ropes and pegs.

Can I use the blow-up tent in the rain?

Yes, the advertising tent can also be used in the rain. It is important, however, that it is only packed in the transport bag when dry.

Can you clean the tent of dirt?

It depends on what kind of contamination it is. Most dirt can be removed with a high-pressure cleaner and a soft brush.

How long is the delivery time for an blow-up tent?

The delivery time depends on the current order situation. As a rule, however, a delivery time of 3-4 weeks should not be exceeded.

How must inflatable / pneumatic advertising media be stored?

Advertising media must be dried before storage. Otherwise damage can occur which can no longer be repaired. (e.g. mold)
In addition, the temperatures during storage must not be permanently negative, as otherwise the materials used can become brittle.

How many people are needed to build inflatable tents, archways or towers? How long does it take to set up?

It normally takes 2 people to set up these advertising media, whereby the set-up will not take more than 5 minutes
